RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

At Wigs® we want returns and exchanges to be simple and as easy as possible. Please read the below information carefully, as we have recently updated these policies.

We always accept your return or exchange of eligible products. Eligible products must be returned in their original factory condition, in original packaging with all original labels and tags still attached, odor free, unworn, not cut or washed, and with a copy of original invoice enclosed.

Exclusive Brands from the Wigs®

Our expansive array of well-priced TWC® Exclusive Brands includes Fashion Club Designs, Basics, Perfect Image, Designer Direct, Statement Styles, Soft Stretch and Hair Icing.

All fees for your first return or exchange will be waived for TWC® Exclusive Brands.

Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with one of our products and would like to exchange it, you may send any eligible product back to us with an exchange request within 60* days of the original ship date.

Your first exchange product will be shipped to you at no cost to you, additional exchanges beyond that will be subject to shipment at your cost.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with one of our products you can return an eligible product to us for a refund, minus shipping and processing fees, within 60* days of the original ship date of the order. All refunds will be processed by the original method of payment.

Returns received between days 31 and 60* of the return period are subject to a $15 restocking fee (per item) plus shipping and processing fees.

*Items marked STOCK REDUCTION must be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the original ship date.

Premium Brands from Wigs®

Premium Brands are brands such as Raquel Welch, Ellen Willie, and Gabor®. Due to the nature of these brands different processes and fees apply to Premium Brands.

Restocking fees for your first return or exchange will be waived for Premium Brands.

Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a Premium Brand product and would like to exchange it, you may send any eligible product back to us with an exchange request within 14 days of the original ship date.

All Premium Brand exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Your first exchange product will be shipped to you at no cost to you, additional exchanges beyond that will be subject to shipment at your cost.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a Premium Brand product you can return an eligible product to us for a refund within 14 days of the original ship date of the order. All refunds will be processed by the original method of payment. All Premium Brand returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Eligible Products

Eligible products must be returned in their original factory condition, in original packaging with all original labels and tags still attached, odor free, unworn, not cut or washed, and with a copy of original invoice enclosed.

Products must also be postmarked within their return or exchange time window. The window for return or exchange begins on the original ship date.

Exclusions

Items marked FINAL SALE or OPEN BOX do not qualify for return or exchange.

Items received that are not in eligible condition will be discarded without any refund or exchange applied.
Items in eligible condition but returned outside of the return and exchange time window will be donated to charity, without any refund or exchange applied.

Exchange and Return Procedures

At Wigs® it is not necessary to call ahead before shipping your items for exchange or return.

  1. Exchanges only: Fill out the exchange request form included on your pack slip.
    • Any additional money due should be remitted with your exchange request payable to Wigs® by check, money order, or credit card. Any balance remaining after your exchange order is processed will be refunded by the original method of payment.
  2. Place the eligible product(s) being returned into its original, undamaged packaging and pack the item(s) for return or exchange into a box for shipment along with: a copy of your original invoice and the exchange request form (if applicable).
  3. Seal the box and attach the return shipping label to the outside.
    • To save time and money use Wigs’s E-Z Label pre-addressed return label from any domestic shipping address.
    • If you choose not to use the E-Z Label service or are returning from outside of the United States please use the pre-addressed, perforated label on the front side of the pack slip enclosed in your order.
  4. Ship the package to us and we handle the rest!
    • If you choose to use our E-Z Label service leave the package in your mail box for your U.S. Mail carrier to take - or take it to a post office branch to be delivered.
    • If you choose not to use the E-Z Label service or are returning from outside of the United States take your package to a mailing facility and pay for shipping. We recommend that you insure and track packages sent without the E-Z Label service for your added security.

Note: It is your responsibility to properly identify your returned parcel with your name and current address. The contents of parcels lacking proper identification or a copy of the original invoice will be donated 30 days after receipt.

E-Z Label Return Service

For your convenience we enclose a pre-addressed E-Z Label in every parcel. No payment is necessary when you mail your package using the pre-addressed E-Z Label; you will be charged a return fee upon receipt of your return.

Only returns from within the United States can use the pre-addressed E-Z Label return label. If you are returning from outside the United States, or if you choose not to use the E-Z Label service, please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Use the pre-addressed, perforated label on front side of the invoice included in your original package received from Wigs®.

If you do not use this service, you will not incur the return shipping fee.

E-Z Label Pricing

For all exchanges or returns on wigs, the return shipping fee will be a flat rate of $9.95. For all other wig accessories please see our Shipping Rates to calculate the return shipping fee that will be incurred.
